Born Susice, Southern Bohemia, 5th July, 1958. After completing his general studies his love of music brought him to Cremona in Luby. There his basic training was undertaken by Miroslav Pikart, a master Violin maker. In 1990 he graduated from the master school under the direction of master violin makers Josef Dvorak, Alois Sibal and Emil Lupac. Lorenz’s Instruments follow Stradivari Model.
